BACK DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Back Door)


    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock assembly.

    2. A01NHZM

      Install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
    3. A01NH1W

      Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door)


    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock assembly.

    2. A01ND92

      Install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
    3. A01NDDF

      Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    4. Engage the clamp.

    5. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 2 claws and 16 clips to install the back door trim panel assembly.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

      Engage the 5 claws to install the back door service hole cover LH.

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER RH


    1. A01NCYF

      Engage the 5 claws to install the back door service hole cover RH.

  6. INSTALL BACK DOOR UPPER TRIM COVER LH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the back door upper trim cover LH.

  7. INSTALL BACK DOOR UPPER TRIM COVER RH


    1. A01NF17

      Engage the 2 claws to install the back door upper trim cover RH.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01NHOL

      Engage the claw to install the No. 2 room light assembly.

  9. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK COVER


    1. A01NDAS

      Engage the 4 claws to install the back door lock cover.

  10. INSTALL BACK DOOR FINISH COVER LH (w/o Power Back Door)


    1. A01NFVY

      Engage the 6 claws to install the back door finish cover LH.

  11. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BASE (w/ Power Back Door)


    1. A01NHW1

      Engage the 4 claws to install the back door trim base.

  12. INSTALL BACK DOOR FINISH COVER RH (w/o Power Back Door)


    1. A01NHXM

      Engage the 6 claws to install the back door finish cover RH.

  13. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE WITH SWITCH (w/ Power Back Door)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01NH9U

      Engage the 6 claws to install the door pull handle with switch.

  14. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
