ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear Side) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fender Mudguard)


    1. A01NDHL

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 3 hexagon screws.

    2. A01NFP7

      Remove the 2 screws and rear quarter panel mudguard sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fender Mudguard)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NGGR

      Remove the 2 screws and grommet.

    2. A01NGGW

      Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and 3 clips.

    4. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 luggage compartment side cover protector.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NEJ9

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 clips and No. 1 luggage compartment side cover protector.

  5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the rear bumper assembly.

    2. A01NGEW

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    3. A01NGHR

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 rear bumper upper stoppers.

    4. A01NF9L

      Remove the screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    5. A01NHL3

      Disengage the 7 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    6. Disconnect each connector.

    7. A01NEXN

      Disengage the 4 claws and 4 guides, and remove the rear bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Back Sensor)


    1. A01NFNU

      Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      The illustration is for the LH side. The RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

    2. A01NGNB

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips

      The illustration is for the LH side. The RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Back Sensor)


    1. A01NGPP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

      Tech Tips

      The illustration is for the LH side. The RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Corner Sensor)


    1. A01NG8S

      Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    2. A01NDRE

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (for Corner Sensor)


    1. A01NH43

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
