  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Clear the DTC Click here.

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

      OK
      No DTCs are output.

  2. CONFIRM PART NUMBER (MAYDAY BATTERY)


    1. Check the mayday battery part number.


      1. Check if the part number of the mayday battery installed on the vehicle is correct.

        OK
        The mayday battery part number is correct.

    REPLACE MAYDAY BATTERY Click here

  3. CONFIRM PART NUMBER (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)


    1. Check the telematics transceiver part number.


      1. Check if the part number of the telematics transceiver installed on the vehicle is correct.

        OK
        The telematics transceiver part number is correct.

    REPLACE TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER Click here

  4. REPLACE MAYDAY BATTERY


    1. Replace the mayday battery with a normal one and check if the same DTC is output again Click here.

      2. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.
