1. CONFIRM SYMPTOMS

   
   

   1. Recheck the situation when the malfunction occurs.

      Tech Tips

      
      

      • When a user lays their hand on the remote touch switch knob, the pointer may be displayed and hidden repeatedly according to the knob movement.

      • When driving on a rough road where the vehicle lurches or shakes around due to the bumps, the remote touch switch knob may move unexpectedly as a result.

      Result
      Result Proceed to Symptom occurs in any situation. A Symptom occurs when hand is rested on the switch knob while driving. B Symptom occurs when driving on a rough road that causes the vehicle to lurch or shake around. B

2. CHECK FOR FOREIGN OBJECT

   
   

   1. Check if there are any foreign objects around the remote touch switch knob that interfere with knob operation.

      OK
      There are no foreign objects around the remote touch switch knob that interfere with its operation.

   REMOVE FOREIGN OBJECT (CHECK SWITCH KNOB OPERATION AGAIN AFTER REMOVING OBJECT)

3. REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (CHECK DTC)

   
   

   1. Activate self check mode Click here.

      1. Move the remote touch switch knob to the lower left to check the switch illumination condition.

         Result
