  1. CONFIRM SYMPTOMS


    1. Recheck the situation when the malfunction occurs.

      Tech Tips


      • When a user lays their hand on the switch knob, the pointer may be displayed and hidden repeatedly according to the switch knob movement.

      • When driving on a rough road where the vehicle lurches or shakes around due to the bumps, the remote touch switch knob may move unexpectedly as a result.

  2. CHECK FOREIGN OBJECT


    1. Check if there are any foreign objects around the remote touch switch knob that interfere with knob operation.

      OK
      There are no foreign objects around the remote touch switch knob that interfere with its operation.

  3. REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (CHECK DTC)


    1. Activate self check mode Click here.
