Check remote control system operation.
Check whether the remote control does not work for one of the television display assemblies, or does not work for both television display assemblies.

Check that the remote control operation of the rear system is not locked by the display and navigation module display.
Check if "Rear System Locked" appears on the television display.

Tech Tips
If the rear system is locked and the remote control is used in the rear seat area, a message indicating that the operation is not possible (for example, "Rear System Locked") is displayed. If the message is displayed, enter the multi-display assembly screen setting, and change the item that locks the rear seat entertainment system to Off.
