DESCRIPTION

This is the display signal circuit from the video terminal to the multi-display controller sub-assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (VIDEO TERMINAL - MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the video terminal connector.

   2. 

      Disconnect the multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

   3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G15-5 (VD) - U7-5 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω G15-6 (VG) - U7-6 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω G15-8 (ADPI) - U7-8 (ADPG) Always Below 1 Ω G15-5 (VD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher G15-6 (VG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher G15-8 (ADPI) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher G15-7 (SGN5) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
