ROOF SUNSHADE REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SLIDING ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH


    1. A01ND03

      Install the sliding roof side garnish LH with the 3 screws.

    2. A01NFPE

      Connect the outer casing.

  2. INSTALL SLIDING ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

  3. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Front)


    1. Engage the 10 guides to connect the sliding roof drive cable.

      Note

      Do not bend or break the sliding roof drive cable.

    2. Slide the sunshade trim sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  4. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Center)

      Engage the 2 claws to install the sunshade trim sub-assembly.

    2. Slide the sunshade trim sub-assembly and insert it to the position shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Rear)

      Engage the 2 claws to install the sunshade trim sub-assembly.

    2. Slide the sunshade trim sub-assembly and insert it to the position shown in the illustration.

    3. A01NDS7

      Using "TORX" socket wrench T20, install the front sliding roof sunshade guide LH with the 2 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

    4. A01NFA9

      Using "TORX" socket wrench T20, install the rear sliding roof sunshade guide LH with the 2 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

      Align the front side sunshade trim sub-assembly with the position shown by the stamped mark in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NDNB

      Install the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly and roof light bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
