FRONT CONSOLE BOX REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NGBP

      Engage the 2 claws to install a new power point socket cover.

    2. A01NGYF

      Engage the claw to install the power point socket assembly.

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHU2

      Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the stereo jack adapter assembly.

    3. A01NE43

      Engage the 2 clips and 2 guides to install the No. 1 side box panel.

    4. A01NHU6

      Install the 7 screws.

  3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NF95

      Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the console box illumination light assembly.

  4. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE


    1. Engage the 6 clamps.

    2. Connect each connector to install the rear console box wire.

    3. Install the screw.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

      Install a new No. 2 console compartment door cushion to the No. 1 upper box plate.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

      Install a new No. 1 console compartment door cushion to the No. 1 upper box plate.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 UPPER BOX PLATE

      Install the No. 1 upper box plate as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NHS5

      Engage the 2 clips and 2 guides.

    3. A01NER7

      Install the No. 1 side box panel with the 7 screws.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 UPPER BOX PLATE

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 1 upper box plate.

  9. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CUSHION

      Install the 2 console box cushions to the console compartment door sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Aligning the inside groove of the console compartment door sub-assembly with the console compartment door hinge, slide the console compartment door sub-assembly and install it.

  11. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHZJ

      Slide the console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow and engage the 4 guides.

    2. A01NDYL

      Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH

      Engage the 6 claws, 2 clips and 2 guides to install the front console upper panel garnish.

  13. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET


    1. A01NDYX

      Install the lower console box pocket as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL CONSOLE COIN BOX

      Install the console coin box as shown in the illustration.
