AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY)

  2. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NFOZ

      Engage the 5 claws to install the No. 4 instrument panel register assembly.

  3. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NCOP

      Engage the 5 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

  4. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NF2H

      Engage the 2 claws and install the hazard warning signal switch assembly.

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

  5. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH REGISTER


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. A01NCUB

      Engage the 9 clips.

    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with register with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      4.9 N*m  { 50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A01NF11

      Engage the 7 clips to install the lower instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

      Engage the 2 guides, claw and 2 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. A01NG78

      Engage the 8 clips and 2 guides.

    3. Install the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly with the 2 screws <D>.

    4. A01NE1K

      Engage the 2 claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. A01NFF7

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the No. 1 switch hole base.

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH


    1. A01NH3A

      Engage the 6 clips to install the instrument panel garnish LH.

  11. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the clamp.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. A01NEE4

      Engage the 3 claws and 3 clips.

    4. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. Connect the connector to the console box hole cover.

    5. A01NDQX

      w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Engage the 4 claws to install the seat heater switch assembly.

      2. Connect the connector.

    6. A01NHPA

      Engage the 4 claws and 4 clips to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NH7J

      Turn the shift lever knob sub-assembly clockwise to install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  14. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  15. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Air Suspension)
