ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ACTIVE STABILIZER ECU BRACKET


    1. A01NFTCE01

      Install the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Temporarily tighten the bolt (A) first, and then fully tighten the 3 bolts in the order of (C), (B) and (A).

  2. INSTALL ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

      *1 Rear of the vehicle

      Insert the claw of the active stabilizer control ECU assembly into the active stabilizer ECU bracket and temporarily secure the active stabilizer control ECU assembly with a clip.

    2. Install the active stabilizer control ECU assembly to the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    3. As shown in the illustration, connect the 3 wire harness clamps and each connector.

    4. Install the ground wire to the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NGGW

      Engage the 2 craws and install the No. 2 luggage compartment side cover protector.

    2. Install the 3 clips and 2 bolts.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    4. A01NGGR

      Install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    5. Install a new grommet.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  5. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION


    1. Perform initialization Click here.
