SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (for RHD) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU


    1. Connect the 3 connectors.

    2. A01NDFM

      Install the suspension control ECU with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Avoid any impact to the suspension control ECU.

      • Do not drop the ECU. If the ECU is dropped, replace it with a new one.

      • If the suspension control ECU is replaced with a new one, perform registration of vehicle identification information Click here.

  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NFT5

      Install the instrument panel junction block assembly with the nut and bolt.

  3. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX LH


    1. A01NG3H

      Install the ECU integration box LH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

    2. A01NF5X

      Connect each connector.

  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH (w/o Airbag Cut Off Switch)

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH (w/ Airbag Cut Off Switch)

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NFZB

      Engage the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the clip.

  10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. w/ Illumination:


      1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01NHW7

      Engage the 4 clips, guide and 7 claws, and install the front door scuff plate LH.

  11. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  12. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  13. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NH7J

      Turn the shift lever knob sub-assembly clockwise to install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  15. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  16. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM

    Note

    If the suspension control ECU is replaced with a new one, perform registration of vehicle identification information.

  17. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT

    Note

    If the suspension control ECU has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height.
