  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION INPUT DAMPER ASSEMBLY

      Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley.

    2. A01NGE0

      Remove the 6 bolts and transmission input damper assembly from the flywheel sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE FLYWHEEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley.

    2. A01NEY9

      Remove the 8 bolts and flywheel sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR ENGINE OIL SEAL

      *1 Protective Tape
      *2 Cut Position

      Using a knife, cut off the rear engine oil seal lip.

    2. Using a screwdriver with its tip taped, pry out the rear engine oil seal.

      Note

      After the removal, check that the crankshaft is not damaged. If it is damaged, smooth the surface with 400-grit sandpaper.
