ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A01NDWG

      Install the accelerator pedal assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      4.9 N*m  { 50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Avoid physical shocks to the accelerator pedal assembly.

    2. Connect the accelerator pedal assembly connector.

  2. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A01NEVN

      Install the accelerator pedal assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      4.9 N*m  { 50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Avoid physical shocks to the accelerator pedal assembly.

    2. Connect the accelerator pedal assembly connector.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Engage each clamp.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. A01NCLN

      Engage the claw and 2 guides.

    4. A01NG9O

      Install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub- assembly with the 2 screws <D>.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Engage each clamp.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. A01NHAW

      Engage the claw and 2 guides.

    4. A01NF7E

      Install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub- assembly with the 2 screws <D>.
