  1. INSPECT OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

      Component without harness connected

      (Heated Oxygen Sensor)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 (HT) - 1 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 11 to 16 Ω
      2 (HT) - 3 (E) - 10 kΩ or higher

      If the resistance is not as specified, replace the oxygen sensor.

  2. INSPECT NO. 2 OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (HT) - 2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 11 to 16 Ω
      1 (HT) - 4 (E) - 10 kΩ or higher

      If the resistance is not as specified, replace the No. 2 oxygen sensor.
