POWER STEERING SYSTEM DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    3. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    4. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    5. Read the DTCs following the display on the intelligent tester. Enter the following menus: Chassis / EMPS / DTC.

  2. CLEAR DTC


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    3. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    4. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    5. Clear the DTCs following the display on the intelligent tester. Enter the following menus: Chassis / EMPS / DTC.

    6. According to the display on the intelligent tester, select the trouble code data display with the clear button.

    7. Turn the power switch off.

    8. Disconnect the intelligent tester from the DLC3.
