  1. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the front drive shaft assembly ( Click here).

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL


    1. A0119JK

      Remove the 2 bolts and then remove the drive shaft bearing bracket from the engine.

    2. A011B4YE01

      Using SST, remove the No. 1 CVT type T oil seal.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL


    1. A0117VUE01

      Using SST, remove the No. 2 CVT type T oil seal.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL

      *1 Oil Seal Drive-in Depth

      Using SST and a hammer, install a new No. 1 CVT type T oil seal.

      Oil seal drive-in depth
      2.6 to 3.6 mm (0.102 to 0.141 in.) (from the end of the case)

    2. Apply MP grease to the lip of the No. 1 CVT type T oil seal.

    3. A0119JK

      Install the drive shaft bearing bracket to the engine with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      64 N*m  { 650 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL

      *1 Oil Seal Drive-in Depth

      Using SST and a hammer, install a new No. 2 CVT type T oil seal.

      Oil seal drive-in depth
      2.6 to 3.6 mm (0.102 to 0.141 in.) (from the end of the case)

    2. Apply MP grease to the lip of the No. 2 CVT type T oil seal.
