  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    *2 Пробка сливного крана радиатора

    CAUTION:

    Во избежание ожогов никогда не снимайте крышку водоналивной горловины в сборе, пока двигатель и радиатор в сборе не остынут. Тепловое расширение вызывает выброс из радиатора горячей охлаждающей жидкости и пара.


    1. Ослабьте пробку сливного крана радиатора.

      Tech Tips

      Слейте охлаждающую жидкость в контейнер и утилизируйте ее в соответствии с местными требованиями.

    2. Снимите крышку водоналивной горловины в сборе.

  3. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT ABSORBER

    1. Освободите 7 захватов и снимите амортизатор кронштейна радиатора.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. Снимите передний поглотитель энергии удара.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

    1. Разъедините 2 захвата и снимите боковое воздушное уплотнение радиатора.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

    Tech Tips

    Выполните те же действия, что и для стороны № 1.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION LH

    1. Разъедините 2 захвата и снимите удлинитель кронштейна радиатора.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Выполните действия в том же порядке, что и для левой стороны.

  9. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

    1. Выверните 2 болта.

    2. Отцепите захват.

    3. Открепите направляющую и снимите бачок омывателя ветрового стекла.

    4. Отсоедините шланг стеклоомывателя.

    5. Отсоедините разъемы.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Освободите 5 зажимов и отсоедините жгут проводов.

    2. A011AXK

      Выверните 8 болтов.

    3. Освободите 2 направляющих и снимите усиление переднего бампера.

  11. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the air cleaner hose.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps and 2 guides and remove the air cleaner cap.

  12. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the air cleaner filter element.

  13. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK HOSE

      Disengage the hose clamp.

    2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the reserve tank hose from reserve tank.

  14. DISCONNECT NO. 3 RADIATOR HOSE

      Loosen the clamp and disconnect the radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

  15. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE


    1. A0119DR

      Loosen the clamp and disconnect the radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

  16. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. A0119RY

      Disconnect the horn connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and the horn.

  17. REMOVE RADIATOR LOWER NO. 1 AIR DEFLECTOR

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Remove the 2 guides and radiator air deflector.

  18. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the wire harness clamp.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps and separate the hood lock cable.

      Remove the 5 bolts and the upper radiator support.

  19. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the claw and remove the piping clamp.

    2. A011B3Y

      Disengage the 3 harness clamps and disconnect the 3 connectors.

    3. Remove the bolt from the ECM.

      Disengage the 2 claws on the condenser and remove the radiator assembly together with the fan shroud from the vehicle.

      Note

      Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or piping when removing the radiator assembly.

      Remove the 2 cushions and 2 grommets.

    6. A0117V6

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator assembly from the fan shroud.

  20. REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG


    1. Remove the radiator drain cock plug from the radiator.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

      Remove the 5 support seals from the radiator.

      Note

      Remove any tape remaining on the radiator.
