  1. INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A0118PRE01

      Connect the 2 vacuum transmitting hoses to the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    2. A011AVF

      Install the differential pressure sensor assembly with the bolt .

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    3. A011BSU

      Connect the differential pressure sensor assembly connector.

  2. INSTALL FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A0118XZ

      Установите топливный фильтр и закрепите его 2 гайками.

      Torque:
      19 Н*м  { 189 кгс*см, 14 фунт-сила-дюймов }
    2. A0119HL

      Подсоедините 2 зажима топливного шланга к топливному фильтру.

    3. Подсоедините 2 топливных шланга к топливному фильтру.

    4. A011A0C

      Подсоедините 2 разъема.

    5. A011B6X

      Подсоедините 2 зажима жгута проводов.

    6. Подсоедините разъем.

  4. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

    A011ADE

    1. Установите прижимную планку аккумуляторной батареи и закрепите ее 2 гайками.

      Torque:
      3,5 Н*м  { 36 кгс*см, 31 фунт-сила-дюйм }

  5. INSTALL COWL PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the cowl panel sub-assembly Click here.

  6. BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM

    Click here

  7. PERFORM DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR LEARNING


    1. Start the engine and wait until the engine coolant temperature reaches 75°C (167°F) or more (A).

    2. Turn the ignition switch off and wait for 30 seconds or more (B).

    3. Repeat the above procedures (A) and (B) 3 times.

      Tech Tips


      • Procedures (A) and (B) must be repeated 3 times to complete the differential pressure sensor learning process.

      • If the differential pressure sensor learning is incomplete, DTC P244A may be stored.
