  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Remove the front bumper cover Click here.

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Обозначения на рисунке
      *1 Зажим жгута проводов
      *2 Зажим

      Отсоедините разъем и 2 зажима жгутов проводов.

    2. Ослабьте зажим шланга и отсоедините шланг воздушного фильтра.

    3. Открепите 2 зажима и 2 захвата, и снимите крышку воздушного фильтра.

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Снимите фильтрующий элемент воздушного фильтра.

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A011AXX

      Выверните 3 болта и снимите корпус воздушного фильтра.

  5. SEPARATE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Открепите 2 зажима и отсоедините трос управления замком капота.

  6. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT ABSPRBER

    1. Освободите 7 захватов и снимите амортизатор кронштейна радиатора.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT

      Отсоедините разъем звукового сигнала.

    2. Выверните 5 болтов и снимите верхний кронштейн радиатора.

  8. SEPARATE RESERVE TANK

      Remove the 2 bolts and separate the reserve tank.

    2. Separate the radiator hose from the hose clamp.

  9. DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR HOSE


    1. A011993

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 2 air hose.

  10. DISCONNECT NO. 3 AIR HOSE


    1. A0118R4

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 3 air hose.

  11. REMOVE INTERCOOLER


    1. A0117IZ

      Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps and separate the wire harness.

    2. A011BJD

      Loosen the clamp and disconnect the vacuum transmitting hose.

    3. A0118Q1

      Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

    4. Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.

    5. A0117KV

      Remove the intercooler with intercooler cooling air duct sub-assembly.

    6. Remove the 2 radiator support cushions.

    7. Remove the 2 grommets.

    8. A011BTN

      Remove the 2 bolts and the intercooler cooling air duct sub-assembly.

    9. Disconnect the vacuum transmitting hose.

    10. A011AFT

      Disengage the 3 pipe clamps.

    11. Loosen the clamp and remove the vacuum transmitting pipe.

    12. A0118QH

      Remove the bolt and the intercooler plate.

  12. REMOVE INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

      *1 22 mm deep socket wrench

      Using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, remove the intake air temperature sensor.

    2. Remove the gasket from the intake air temperature sensor.
