  1. REMOVE EGR WITH COOLER PIPE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 EGR COOLER BRACKET

      Disconnect the vacuum hose.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 EGR cooler bracket.

  3. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE COVER


    1. A01176L

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Lift the No. 5 engine cover to disengage the hook and remove it from the No. 1 EGR cooler bracket.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the vacuum hose.

    2. Remove the bolt and No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR COOLER BRACKET


    1. A0117U6

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the No. 2 EGR cooler bracket.

    3. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.
