PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY

    A0117CI

    1. Install the quick heater with the 2 screws.

    2. Tighten the ground wire installing bolt.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Engage the 3 claws and install the air duct.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    1. Engage the guide and install the instrument panel brace.

    2. Tighten the bolt and screw.

      Torque:
      2.5 N*m  { 25 kgf*cm, 22 in.*lbf }

    3. Tighten the 2 nuts.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)
