PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Remove the instrument panel sub-assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    1. Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Remove the bolt and screw.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the instrument panel brace.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL (for RHD)


    1. Remove the instrument lower panel Click here.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 Protective tape

    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the air duct.

  5. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the ground wire installing bolt.

      Remove the 2 screws and quick heater.
