AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL (for LHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Remove the instrument lower panel Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER AIR BAG ASSEMBLY (for RHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Remove the instrument panel lower air bag assembly Click here.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD without Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Remove the instrument lower panel Click here.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  6. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and air mix damper servo.
