FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side) REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Note

Always use E10 "TORX" socket wrench when removing the front seat.


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

      *1 Slider

      Disconnect the buckle switch connector.

    2. Disconnect the front seat side airbag connector.


      1. Slide the slider and disconnect the airbag connector.

      Using "TORX" socket wrench E10, remove the 4 bolts and front seat.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD LH (w/o Vertical Adjuster)

      for Driver Side:


      1. Remove the screw.

      2. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 5 claws and remove the front seat cushion inner shield LH.

        Remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

    2. for Front Passenger Side:

        Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the snap ring and reclining adjuster release handle RH.

        Remove the screw.

      3. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 5 claws and remove the front seat cushion inner shield RH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD LH (w/ Vertical Adjuster)


    1. A0118ZC

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Remove the clip.

    3. A011BHF

      Remove the screw.

    4. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and clip, remove the front seat cushion inner shield LH.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Seat Heater System)


    1. A011BVL

      Remove the buckle switch connector.

    2. Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    3. A0118QSE01

      Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    4. Remove the bolt and the front seat inner belt.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System)


    1. A01196S

      Remove the buckle switch connector.

    2. Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    3. Disconnect the seat heater connector.

    4. A0118QSE01

      Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    5. Remove the bolt and the front seat inner belt.
