SEAT HEATER SWITCH INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH


    1. A011BXME01

      Check the resistance.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        5 - 6, 3 - 4 off 10 kΩ or higher
        5 - 6 L switch on Below 1 Ω
        3 - 4 R switch on Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.

    2. A0119UFE01

      Check the operation.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals, and push each of the seat heater switches and check that the indicator illuminates.

        Standard
        Measurement Condition Switch Condition Specified Condition
        Positive battery 5 (IGL) - Negative battery 2 (E) L switch on Illuminates
        Positive battery 4 (IGR) - Negative battery 2 (E) R switch on Illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.
