REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

Tech Tips

The procedure described below is for the LH side. Use the same procedure for both the LH and RH sides, unless otherwise specified.


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLE UPPER COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A011983

      Disengage the 2 claws and the clip and remove the rear seat belt buckle upper cover.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01190D

      Disconnect the rear seat inner belt connector.

    2. Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    3. A01195M

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat inner belt.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A0118KM

      Disengage the rear seat inner belt connector and 2 wiring harness clamps.

    2. A011ADA

      Disengage the 2 wiring harness clamps.

    3. Disconnect the rear seat inner belt connector.

    4. A0119RX

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat inner belt.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH


    1. A0118HZ

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat side hinge male cover LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the nut.

    2. Disengage the hook and the guide and remove the rear seatback assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

      Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (for Cover Separate Type)

      Unfasten the 2 zippers.

    2. Remove the 11 hog rings

    3. A01173Y

      Remove the 20 hog rings and the rear seat cushion cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A011BT1

      Using "TORX" socket wrench T45, remove the bolt and rear seatback assembly LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD LH

      Remove the hook.

    2. Unfasten the 2 zippers.

    3. A011BNZ

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove all the rear seat headrest supports.

      Remove the rear seatback with cover pad LH.

    5. Remove the rear seat spring silencer.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for Cover Separate Type)

      Remove the 10 hog rings and the rear seat cushion cover.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for Cover Separate Type)
