METER / GAUGE SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK COMBINATION METER

    1. Disconnect the D1 combination meter assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the D1 combination meter assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

        Tech Tips

        As the vehicle speed increases, the cycle of the signal waveform narrows.

    1. Remove the main body ECU.

    2. Disconnect the main body ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance and voltage between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors and body ground.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    4. Reconnect the main body ECU connector.

    5. Reinstall the main body ECU.

    6. Measure the voltage between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors and body ground.
