GENERATOR (for 100A Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A011A7QE01

      Install the generator with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      54 N*m  { 551 kgf*cm, 40 ft.*lbf, for bolt A }
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf, for bolt B }

    2. Install the 2 wire harness brackets with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector and 2 clamps.

    4. Install the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    5. Install the terminal cap.

  2. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT


    1. Install the fan and generator v belt Click here.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the radiator assembly Click here.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
