GENERATOR (for 100A Type) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the radiator assembly Click here.

  3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT


    1. Remove the fan and generator v belt Click here.

  4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the terminal cap.

    2. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal B.

    3. Disconnect the connector and 2 clamps.

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 wire harness brackets.

    5. A011A7Q

      Remove the 2 bolts and generator assembly.
