AMPLIFIER ANTENNA REMOVAL

CAUTION:

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

  2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING

  3. REMOVE ROOF ANTENNA POLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the radio antenna pole by turning it in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the antenna wire from the 3 clamps.

    2. Remove the nut.

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the amplifier antenna.
