QUARTER TRIM SPEAKER INSTALLATION

Tech Tips

The procedure listed below is for the LH side. Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides, unless otherwise specified.


  1. INSTALL REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

    A0117K4

    1. Install the rear speaker with the 3 bolts.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR UPPER GARNISH RH


    1. Install 3 new clips to the center pillar upper garnish.

    2. Pass the front seat outer belt through the slit in the center pillar upper garnish.

    3. Engage the 4 clips and install the center pillar upper garnish.

    4. Install the 2 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the front seat outer belt with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 TRIM ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Engage the 6 clips and install the side No. 1 trim.

  5. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BELT HOLE COVER RH


    1. Engage the 5 claws and install the deck trim side belt hole cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 6 claws and install the rear deck trim cover.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


    1. Engage the 9 claws and install the front door scuff plate.

  9. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat)


    1. Install the rear floor board with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
