BRAKE PEDAL REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the instrument panel reinforcement assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE PUSH ROD PIN


    1. A0118YY

      Remove the clip and push rod pin from the brake pedal lever.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A011BEK

      Disengage the 3 clamps from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector from the stop light switch assembly.

    3. A0118HT

      Remove the 4 nuts and brake pedal support sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A011AQG

      Disengage the clamp from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector from the stop light switch assembly.

    3. A0118HT

      Remove the 4 nuts and brake pedal support sub-assembly.
