OIL PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Coat the oil pressure sensor O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT Fluid TC.

    2. Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor onto the CVT.

      SST
      09268-46012
      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH


    1. Install the engine under cover LH with the 3 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSPECT FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK


    1. Clean the area and check for fluid leaks.

  5. RESET MEMORY (CVT oil pressure calibration)

    Note

    Perform Reset Memory (CVT oil pressure calibration) when replacing the oil pressure sensor ( Click here).
