OIL PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Apply a light coat of Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE to the O-ring of the oil pressure sensor.

      Note

      If reusing the oil pressure sensor, check that the O-ring is not damaged.

    2. A01189LE01

      Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor to the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

      SST
      09268-46012
      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the oil pressure sensor.

    3. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH


    1. Install the engine under cover LH with the 3 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSPECT FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK


    1. Clean the area and check for fluid leaks.

  5. RESET MEMORY (CVT oil pressure calibration)
