OIL PAN INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Oil Cleaner Magnet

      Install the 2 oil cleaner magnets to the transaxle oil pan sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install a new transaxle oil pan gasket on the transaxle oil pan sub-assembly.

    3. Install the transaxle oil pan sub-assembly to the continuously variable transaxle assembly with the 15 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

    4. Install the bolt to the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

      Torque:
      45 N*m  { 459 kgf*cm, 33 ft.*lbf }

  2. ADJUST CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    1. Install the engine under cover No. 2 with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }
