TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A011ACG

      Turn the shift lever knob counterclockwise and remove the shift lever knob.

  2. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the console upper panel.

    2. Separate the shifting hole cover.

  3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    A0119DW

    1. Rotate the 2 rear clips in the direction indicated by the arrows and remove them.

    2. Disengage the 2 front clips and remove the rear console box assembly RR.

  4. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER

    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips and remove the front console box cover.

  5. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly Click here.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR (for DPF)

      Remove the 2 clips and the No. 1 front floor heat insulator.

  7. SEPARATE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    *2 Clip A
    *3 Control shift cable
    *4 Clip B
    *5 Control select cable

    1. Disengage the clip A and separate the control shift cable from the shift lever as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the clip B and separate the control select cable from the shift lever.

    3. Turn the socket to release it and separate the control select cable from the shift lever retainer.

    4. Turn the socket to release it and separate the control shift cable from the shift lever retainer.

  8. REMOVE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the fuel filter assembly Click here.

  9. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A011BWGE01

      Remove the 2 clips <B>.

    2. Remove the 2 clips <A>, and separate the 2 cables from the transaxle.

    3. A011BVX

      Remove the 3 bolts and remove the transmission control cable.
