CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR (for EE65) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A0118GK

      Install the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT ACCUMULATOR TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. A011B17

      Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, connect the accumulator to flexible hose tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL BLEEDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE


    1. A01188D

      Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, install the bleeder to accumulator tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  4. BLEED CLUTCH LINE


    1. Bleed clutch line Click here.

  5. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }
