CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER (for RHD) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE KNEE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the knee air bag assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE FRONT WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY (for 1NR-FE)


    1. Remove the front windshield wiper motor and link assembly Click here.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

    2. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, disconnect the flexible hose tube.

    3. Remove the clutch pedal spring from the push rod clevis pin.

      Remove the clip and the push rod clevis pin from the clutch pedal.

    5. Remove the 2 nuts and the clutch master cylinder.

      Measure the dimension A as shown in the illustration before loosening the adjusting nut.
