CLUTCH PEDAL (for LHD) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE KNEE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the knee air bag assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and separate the wire harness clamps from the clutch pedal support.

      *2 Push rod clevis pin

      Remove the clip and push rod clevis pin from the clutch pedal.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts and bolt, and then remove the clutch pedal support.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and clutch start switch.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      *2 Adjusting nut

      Loosen the adjusting nut.

    2. Turn the clutch switch by counterclockwise and remove the clutch switch.

  5. REMOVE PEDAL W/HOOK SPRING (for 1ND-TV)

    *1 Tension spring
    *2 Spring hook
    *3 No. 1 pedal spring hook

    1. Remove the tension spring.

    2. Remove the spring hook from the clutch pedal.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 pedal spring hook.

  6. REMOVE TURN OVER SPRING SEAT COMPRESSION SPRING (for 1ND-TV)

    *2 Clutch pedal spring holder
    *3 Clutch pedal turnover bush

    1. Remove the turn over spring seat compression spring.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support.

    3. Remove the clutch pedal turnover bush from the clutch pedal.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and clutch pedal shaft from the clutch pedal support.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

    *2 Clutch pedal shaft collar

    1. Remove the 2 clutch pedal bushes and the clutch pedal shaft collar from the clutch pedal.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

    1. Remove the 2 No. 1 clutch pedal cushions from the clutch pedal.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH

      Using an 8 mm hexagon wrench and hammer, remove the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis bush.

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD


    1. Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal.
