BACKUP BOOST CONVERTER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL BACKUP BOOST CONVERTER

      *1 Lever

      Install the backup boost converter with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Tighten the bolts in the sequence order shown in the illustration to install the backup boost converter.

    2. Connect the connector and engage the lock lever.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 BATTERY CARRIER


    1. Install the No. 2 battery carrier with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      17 N*m  { 75 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the harness clamp.

  3. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY


    1. Install the battery tray.

  4. INSTALL BATTERY


    1. Install the battery onto the vehicle.

    2. Install the battery clamp with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 36 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the cable to the battery terminal.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }
