STARTER (w/o Stop And Start System) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 compression springs, and remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold.

  3. REMOVE FLYWHEEL HOUSING SIDE COVER

      Disengage the claw by pulling it outward and remove the flywheel housing side cover.

  4. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY

      Open the terminal cap.

    2. Remove the nut and disconnect terminal 30.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the 2 bolts and the starter assembly.
