STARTER (for 1.0 kW Type) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. SEPARATE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Remove the 2 clips <B>.

    2. Remove the 2 clips <A>, and disconnect the 2 cables from the transaxle.

  3. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01182Z

      Open the terminal cap.

    2. Remove the nut and disconnect the cable from terminal 30.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and the starter assembly.
