EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A0117CC

      Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 compression springs, and separate the front exhaust pipe assembly from the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. A011B78

      Remove the 3 exhaust pipe supports and the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

  2. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A0117SZ

      Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector and disengage the clamp.

    2. A011BOD

      Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 compression springs, and the front exhaust pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold.

  3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR


    1. A0117H7E01

      Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

      • Do not drop or damage the oxygen sensor.

      • Do not twist the lead wire.
