EGR BYPASS VALVE SWITCHING VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 EGR COOLER BRACKET


    1. A0117U6

      Connect the 2 vacuum hoses to the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

    2. Engage the hook and install the No. 2 EGR cooler bracket with screw.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A011716

      Install the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly with bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the vacuum hose.

  3. INSTALL NO. 5 ENGINE COVER


    1. A01176L

      Align the hook and install the No. 5 engine cover onto the No. 1 EGR cooler bracket.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 EGR COOLER BRACKET


    1. A0117LI

      Install the No. 1 EGR cooler bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      23 N*m  { 235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the vacuum hose.

  5. INSTALL EGR WITH COOLER PIPE ASSEMBLY
