EGR VALVE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD


    1. Remove the intake manifold Click here.

  2. SEPARATE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE


    1. Remove the engine oil level dipstick.

    2. A0118V6

      Remove the 2 bolts and separate the engine oil dipstick guide.

  3. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A0119GG

      Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and EGR valve assembly.

    3. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
