FUEL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL TANK CUSHION


    1. A0117W9

      Install the No. 2 fuel tank cushion.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    1. A01172P

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the jet pump.

    2. A0119HX

      Engage the 2 claws.

    3. A0119XE

      Engage the claw to install the jet pump to the fuel pump.

    4. A0117CW

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the fuel suction plate.

    5. A011BOH

      Install the fuel pump spacer onto the fuel pump.

    6. A011BVS

      Engage the 3 claws.

    7. A0118A5

      Engage the 2 claws to install the fuel pump to the fuel suction plate.

  3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP FILTER


    1. A011AI1

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the fuel pump.

    2. A0117HG

      Engage the 2 claws to install the fuel pump filter to the fuel pump.

  4. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A011BYF

      Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and then install the new O-rings to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

    2. A011BTC

      Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly to the fuel suction plate.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT


    1. A0117AQ

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 2 fuel suction support.

  6. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS


    1. A011B1N

      Connect the 2 fuel pump harness connectors and install the fuel pump harness.

      Note

      Do not damage the wire harness.
