ECM INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ECU BRACKET


    1. Install the ECU bracket with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL ECM

    A011BSBE01

    1. Install the ECM with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt B
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the wire harness to the ECU bracket.

    3. A011705

      Pull down the lever to engage the lock and connect the 2 connectors to the ECM.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET


    1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR LOWER AIR DEFLECTOR


    1. Insert the 2 guides and install the radiator air deflector.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. A0117NJ

      Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector.

  6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A011BDX

      Install the air cleaner filter element as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Align the 2 hinges with the case guide, to insert the case into the groove, and engage the 2 clamps to install the air cleaner cap.

    2. Connect the air cleaner hose with the hose clamp.

      Note

      Install the clamp positioned against the air cleaner hose assembly tab as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

    3. Engage the wire harness and install the wire harness to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.
