INTEGRATION RELAY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY

    A0119MNE03

    1. Check the resistance (ECD relay).


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A1 - B1 Battery voltage not applied between B8 - E1 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        A1 - B5
        A1 - B5
        A1 - E5
        A1 - E6
        A1 - E7
        A1 - F6
        A1 - F7
        A1 - F9
        A1 - F10
        A1 - F11
        A1 - B1 Battery voltage applied between B8 - E1 terminals Below 1 Ω
        A1 - B5
        A1 - B5
        A1 - E5
        A1 - E6
        A1 - E7
        A1 - F6
        A1 - F7
        A1 - F9
        A1 - F10
        A1 - F11

        If the result is not as specified, replace the vacuum switching valve assembly.

    2. Check the resistance (IG2 relay).


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A1 - B7 Battery voltage not applied between D12 - B4 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        A1 - D1
        A1 - B7 Battery voltage applied between D12 - B4 terminals Below 1 Ω
        A1 - D1

        If the result is not as specified, replace the vacuum switching valve assembly.
