ECM INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL COVER

    A0118GY

    1. Install a new cover with the double-sided tape.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET

    A0119BX

    1. Using an "TORX" socket, install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ECM BRACKET

    A011AVN

    1. Using an "TORX" socket, install the No. 1 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL ECM

    A0117XJ

    1. Install the ECM with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
    2. A011829

      Pull down the lever to engage the lock and connect the 2 connectors to the ECM.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 BATTERY CARRIER


    1. A011AR2

      Install the No. 2 battery carrier with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      17 N*m  { 175 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 wire harness clamps.

  6. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY

  7. INSTALL BATTERY

  8. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the battery clamp with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 36 kgf*cm, 31 in.*lbf }
